NEW! Lock-in Early Bird Rate
“Lock-in” the Early Bird Rate with a Payment Plan when you pay a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit until December 31st!
Here are the steps and timeline to lock in your Early Bird Convention “Lock-in” Rate and Payment Plan:

November 1 - December 31: The “Lock-in” Form goes live in MySAO, and payment plans are set up.

January 5: All payment plans finalized and set in MySAO.

April 25: All final payments for “Lock-in” rate are due with discount codes sent to participating registrants. (Note: Lock-in purchasers will be given a specific discount code to register with once their final payment is received.)

Regular Rate Registration Begins // March 1, 2024
Last Day to Register and Receive "SWAG" option // March 31, 2024

Registration CLOSES // April 30, 2024
While Lock-in Rate Form will be available from November 1 to December 31, official Event Registration in MySAO will NOT be visible until February 1, 2024.

Regular: $175
Late: $200
Due to the low rates this year, a 1-Day Pass is not an option offered this year.

After logging in, click on the “Events” tab.

Select "C24: Grow Wild" under the “Events” tab.

Select the appropriate ticket.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Due to the nature of the event requiring payment to our venue in advance, if you are to cancel your registration, there will not be a refund issued under any circumstance. Registration, depending, MAY be transferable, in which case, please contact Elizabeth Kroner, dm@sigmaalphaomega.org.
