Event Check-In is on Friday, May 31st from 12-2:30 p.m. at Covington United Methodist Church's Youth Building with free time to explore the local shops on walkable Covington Square before reconvening at the Georgia FFA-FCCLA Center at 3 p.m. to access assigned cabins. All further activities will be on-campus until event end on Sunday, June 1 at noon (excepting the Catholic Mass Shuttle option for those who opt-in on Sunday a.m.).

Thursday, May 30

No convention activities are included on Thursday

However, we understand due to travel logistics, you may prefer to arrive on Thursday evening to be able to check-in on Friday morning. Consequently, please email dfo@sigmaalphaomega.org if you intend to arrive on Thursday AND will be staying near the Atlanta airport and need shuttle service on Friday, May 31st to Covington. Friday, May 31

Noon to 2:30 p.m. — Check-in / Free Time to Explore Covington Square

3:00 p.m. — Reconvene at Georgia FFA-FCCLA Center for cabin assignments

3:30 p.m. — Opening Ceremonies, Service Project, & Small Group Assignment

5:30 — Dinner

TBD — OCA Spotlight & Raffle Opener; SAOF Spotlight & Silent Auction Opener

Saturday, June 1

7:30 a.m. — Breakfast

8:30 a.m. — Small Groups

9:00 a.m. - Noon — Annual Meeting of Members

TBD — Lunch / Alumnae Luncheon

TBD — Sister Break-out Sessions (Workshops)

TBD — Free Time/Optional Social Activities/Alumnae Lounge

5:30 p.m. — Dinner
